The Rules:

Sign In: 6am at the boat dock
Start: 7am SHARP!
Tournament ends at 3pm, anglers not at the dock by 3pm will be disqualified. No exceptions!!
Award Ceremony/Story Telling/Pot Luck Barbeque: 4:30 pm

Please remember to bring a digital camera or Smart Phone to record your catch. The photos must be clear. There's a lot at stake and it is the only way we can verify your points.

All standard fly rods, tippet class and flies allowed.
All catch and release!

There are two separate divisions: Boat and Wade

Boat Division:
The Boat Division is a team tournament! Teams can consist of no more than two people per boat, at least one of which must be 18 years or older.

Wade Division:
The Wade Division is for individual anglers only! Anglers must fish from shore, and can not use boats for transportation. Waders are required (no wet wading).

Scoring Points:
Every fish must be recorded with a digital camera or phone, and each measurement must be with an official CarpThrow Down ruler (to be provided to each team or wade angler at sign-in) that clearly shows the entire length of the fish and a closeup of the ruler.

The 5 largest fish per length per team count: 1 inch = 1 point
The team with the most points wins.

VERY IMPORTANT: The first fish caught needs to be photographed clearly with time (watch) + length (official ruler) for tie breaker.

Separate Trophies (Kentucky Bone) and prizes TBA will be awarded to the winners in the Boat Division and Wade Division. The “Kentucky Bone” trophy holds serious bragging rights and should never be taken lightly. LOL
